3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that the content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA Takedown Notice was not infringing, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent containing:

- Identification of the material that was removed and its original location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification
